Industrial Designer

About the Role

Own the physical form of the device. Head-mount mechanics, ergonomics, enclosure, wearability. You care how it feels after eight hours on a factory floor.

What You'll Do

  • Own the industrial design and physical form factor of our head-mounted egocentric capture device.
  • Drive the head-mount mechanics, ergonomics, weight distribution, and thermal layout.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate on real users wearing real prototypes for full shifts.
  • Partner with PCB, firmware, and supply chain to land a design that is buildable at volume.
  • Translate factory-floor realities — sweat, dust, hairnets, hard hats — into design decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Portfolio of consumer or wearable hardware that has shipped, with explicit ownership of the industrial design.
  • Comfort across CAD, mockups, soft goods, and rapid prototyping.
  • Strong opinions on ergonomics, with the data and user testing to back them.
  • High agency — you don't wait to be told what to do.
  • Fluent in English.

Why Join Us

You will own the part of the device that you build.
