About the Role

Manage hardware vendors and contract manufacturers across the Asia electronics supply chain. Coordinate volume production for our capture device.

What You'll Do

• Source and manage component vendors and contract manufacturers across the Asia electronics ecosystem.
• Coordinate prototyping, pilot runs, and volume production for our head-mounted capture device.
• Own BOM cost, lead times, yield, and quality across the supply chain.
• Partner with the hardware engineering team on design-for-manufacturing decisions.
• Build the supplier relationships we'll lean on as we scale from hundreds to thousands of units shipped.

What We're Looking For

• Background in supply chain, sourcing, or production engineering in consumer electronics or wearables.
• Comfortable on a factory floor.
• Strong commercial judgment on cost, lead time, and quality tradeoffs.
• High agency — you don't wait to be told what to do.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
