About the Role

You will define new leads, deployment regions, and run the execution plans that get our data collection programs live. Pitch, negotiate, close. Then operate.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day execution of data collection programs across your region.
  • Open doors every day at SMEs, scale-ups, and mid-market companies. Pitch, negotiate, and close the first wave of deals yourself.
  • Identify high-quality commercial environments. Negotiate and onboard direct networks across logistics, retail, hospitality, construction, and more.
  • Lead a small team of 3 to 5 growth operations associates and managers as the function grows.
  • Manage data collection partners to ensure quality across every environment.
  • Orchestrate the work of large contributor networks (1,000 to 10,000+ operators) through direct and partner channels.
  • Monitor throughput, quality, and operational performance across all live programs. Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and ship solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost.
  • Build the playbooks, trackers, QA processes, and reporting systems we need to scale. Deploy them on the ground.
  • Partner with global engineering, product, finance, and delivery teams to ship on time.
  • Own the deployment-site P&L and unit economics. Maximize growth, control spend.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in program management, sales, operations, or data collection operations. High-growth startup or consulting background ideal.
  • Strong with numbers, sharp business judgment, clear reasoning.
  • Track record of delivering quality output at speed and scale.
  • You manage multiple workflows, stakeholders, and deadlines without dropping any of them.
  • Analytical mindset. You drive decisions with systems, trackers, and operational data. Fluent in Sheets / Notion / basic data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You work with diverse stakeholders cleanly.
  • Comfortable across global time zones. On-time delivery sometimes means weekends.
  • Comfortable in an AI-native workflow. You use AI tools daily to move faster.
  • High agency — you don't wait to be told what to do.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Nice to have: startup accelerator or entrepreneurial experience.
  • Nice to have: high-intensity sales, ops, project management, or analytics background.
  • Nice to have: experience in AI data operations, marketplace ops, gig economy, robotics, trust and safety, or logistics-heavy environments.
  • Nice to have: experience coordinating distributed teams or large contractor workforces.
  • Nice to have: experience building processes from scratch in ambiguous environments.
