• Run experiments end-to-end. Hypothesis, build, ship, measure, iterate.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable writing code (Python, JS, or similar) and wiring together SaaS APIs.
• Strong bias for shipping. You'd rather launch and learn than plan and miss.
• Heavy AI tool usage in your existing workflow.
• High agency — you don't wait to be told what to do.
• Fluent in English.
