About the Role

A modern, AI-native GTM role. Heavy AI tool usage in your daily workflow is expected. You will build and refine our AI content generation pipeline, find our ICP, run events, and source/screen/close engineering and operations hires.

What You'll Do

  • Build and refine our AI content generation pipeline. Ship daily.
  • Technical blog posts, video content, social media. Translate what we build into things people want to read and watch.
  • Find our ICP across our target industrial markets. Test, learn, refine.
  • Organize fun events — hackathons, academic conferences, industry trade shows, recruiting events. Run the surface area that puts Intuition in front of the right people.
  • Source, screen, and close engineering and operations hires. Run a sourcing engine powered by AI tools. We expect you to out-source any traditional recruiter.
  • Partner with the founders on strategic hires.
  • Sit on the candidate experience end-to-end.
  • Build the playbooks, materials, and processes the next salespeople and recruiters will run on.
  • Sit close to the founders and the product team. Bring real signal back from the field every week.

What We're Looking For

  • Familiar with AI tools and heavy AI usage in daily workflow.
  • Sharp taste in content. You can tell what will land and what won't within ten seconds.
  • A portfolio of things you've shipped publicly — posts, videos, side projects.
  • Track record of closing technical hires at a startup or top tech company.
  • AI-native sourcing workflow.
  • High agency — you don't wait to be told what to do.
  • Fluent in English.
