About the Role

We're looking for someone to lead our partnership efforts and bring robotics AI to industries that need it most. You'll work directly with customers like KUKA and end-users in manufacturing, understand their deployment needs, and make sure our technology actually works in their environments. This is a technical GTM role—you'll need to understand the product deeply.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with robot OEMs and industrial customers
  • Build relationships with potential customers, from initial outreach to deployment
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements for engineering
  • Support customer deployments on-site—this isn't a desk job
  • Represent Intuition at industry events and trade shows
  • Work closely with engineering to debug deployment issues in production environments

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or technical sales in robotics, automation, or deep tech
  • Strong understanding of industrial robotics ecosystem (KUKA, ABB, Fanuc, UR, etc.)
  • Technical enough to understand our product and debug basic integration issues
  • Excellent communication skills—can talk to factory floor operators and C-suite
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites (US, Europe, China)
  • Network in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial automation is a major plus
  • Experience working with international teams or deployments in Asia
